I did this drawing with pastel pencils too and the details with colored pencils. I drew it freestyle by looking at the photograph. It required a lot of concentration which was good because it kept me focus. When I was doing the hair I used what I learned in portraiture. So that was good. I like this drawing because it caught my attention when I was reading the newspaper in Panama. Paper 22.9 x 30.5 cm.
Hi Malca this is brilliant and you have truly captures the running motion perfectly and the feet are excellent and the fold of the girls dresses wonderful. I can really see the time and concentration that has gone into this drawing and it is wonderful that you are inspired to keep on drawing it makes me happy to see that you are motivated, focused and challenged to move forward with your art and it is great to hear that you are constantly working with your notes.....Fantastic Malca and never stop drawing...
Thank you Brigitte, you have been a very good art instructor thoughtout the year. This course has helped me to feel more confident and also to be more aware of what I am doing to make it better.
