Introducing Tannis Trydal:

My name is Tannis and I live in Canada in a wonderful area that locally we refer to as the “Peace Country”. I am married to a wonderful man, David and between the two of us, we have 6 children, who have given us 4 grandchildren ( so far) and they are my heart!

As a certified instructor of The Complete Draw and Paint in Your Pyjamas Certificate Course, I feel uniquely qualified to guide my students in their quest to develop their own passion for art because I have traveled this exact same path to get to where I am today. I know that with this unique well designed art course, and by sharing my own knowledge, I can teach anyone to draw well.

I’ve always had an interest in art, but hadn’t developed it until I participated in The Complete Draw and Paint In Your Pyjamas Certificate Course. Over the years, this art course, along with my own personal art instructor has helped me to hone my skills to a very high standard. My  favorite mediums are graphite and charcoal. I have exhibited and sold my work in art shows, have accepted several commissions for portraits, and recently won first prize at the Beaverlodge Juried Art Show.

Art is a priority in my life and I always make sure that I create Pyjama Time to draw and paint. For me, it is very rewarding to share my passion for art, helping others to develop their own passion.
