DrawPj.com, CindysClub.com and and associated subdomains and courses are entirely owned and operated by Stuart and Cindy Wider trading as StuartCindy Art – registered in Australia ABN: 78 620 967 818

Your consent

When you provide us with personal information on our site to become a learner or subscriber  (by signing up or enrolling), make a purchase, or participate in our courses, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for managing your learning and/or purchase experience and sending information to you which may be of interest.

Withdrawing consent

If after you become a learner on our site or become a subscriber then you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by emailing us at admin@drawpj.com.

We only wish to send emails to you if you wish to receive them. If at any time you do not wish to receive emails from us please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email campaigns. You may at any time request to be manually unsubscribed from any of our services by emailing admin@drawpj.com.

Data You Provide to us

On our Learning Management System (Academy.DrawPj.com)
When you enroll (or ‘sign up’) as a student (for either a free course or paid course), we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, location and email address on our learning management system. By enrolling you grant us permission to use this information for the purposes of managing your learning experience at DrawPj.com and adding your details to our DrawPj.com mailing list.

Our courses are hosted on a learning managment system provided by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. Thinkific store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In the case of a paid course enrollment we collect payment details via Thinkific for as long as necessary to pass your payment details to our third party payment processors Stripe and Paypal.

On our Community (CindysClub.com)
When you subscribe to CIndysClub.com, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, location and email address on our community hosted by Mighty Networks. By subscribing you grant us permission to use this information for the purposes of managing your community experience.

Our community is hosted on a system provided by MIghty Networks (MightyNetworks.com). They provide us with the online community platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Mighty Networks data storage, databases and the general Mighty Networks application. Mighty Networks store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In the case of a paid course subscription we collect payment details via Mighty Networks for as long as necessary to pass your payment details to our third party payment processor Stripe.

On our Mailing List
Our DrawPj.com mailing list is hosted by Mailchimp.com, Your data is stored through Mailchimp’s data storage, databases and the general Mailchimp application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Through Mailing List Forms on DrawPj.com
When you sign up to join our mailing lists we collect personal information you give us such as your name, IP address and email address, which we then pass to Mailchimp. We use this information to communicate with you in relation to latest news and updates from DrawPj.com, free resources, tutorials, videos or special offers as indicated when you sign up to our mailing list.

Through Application Forms on DrawPj.com
If you apply to join a specific course of study we collect personal information you give us such as your name, country, email address and other information that you provide about yourself in relation to applying for the course of study. This information is stored securely on DrawPj.com. We use this information only for the purpose of processing your application.

Through ‘Contact Us’ forms on DrawPj.com
If you ask us a question through our ‘Contact Us’ form we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any information you may supply about yourself in in relation to the question you are asking.This information is stored securely on DrawPj.com. We use this information on for the purposes of answering your question.

On Udemy.com
When you enroll in our courses which are hosted there, Udemy.com collects and uses information in accordance with its own Udemy Privacy Statement. We use any information provided to us by Udemy.com solely for the purposes of managing your Udemy course experience and communicating with you through the Udemy platform.

On Xero.com
If you are paying for our any of our service by invoice, then we will hold details of your name, physical address, email and payment details on our invoicing system hosted on Zoho.com. We use this information only for managing and processing your payments to us.

Data we collect through Automated Means

When you use our website DrawPj.com, Academy.DrawPj.com and Udemy.com we use third party services (“web analysis tools”) to measure and collect session information related to your access and usage of resources stored on those sites. This information is used for the purposes of improving our website user experience for our site visitors and for general analytics so we can measure the performance of our websites.

We integrate a number of third party services for this:

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads / Google Tag Manager – for aggregated non-identifying website statistics
  • Facebook Pixel –  for aggregated non-identifying website statistics

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is to facilitate your participation in our courses and in regards to additional communications (such as email marketing) for which you have given your consent by enrolling, signing up or subscribing with DrawPj.com.

Data retention

We will keep your data on our systems until either we determine that you are no longer interested in our services, or until you request its deletion. At a minimum we will keep all data on our systems related to financial transactions for the minimum period required by Australian law.

Processing payments

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

When you provide us with your credit card information via Thinkific, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
