On our Learning Management System (

Our courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Our mailing lists are hosted by Aweber Communication (“Aweber”). They provide us with a mailing list hosting service which allows us to send you our latest news, updates, free resources, and marketing communications and to seek your consent to do the same. Your data is stored through Aweber’s data storage, databases and the general Aweber application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, physical address and email address on Thinkific.  We use this information for the purposes of managing your learning experience at and communicating with you via email in relation to the same.

We may also pass details such as your name, email address and IP address to Aweber in order to allow you to opt-in and give your consent to subscribe to our mailing lists.

In the case of a paid course enrollment we collect payment details via Thinkific for as long as necessary to pass your payment details to our third party payment processors Stripe and Paypal.

When you sign up to join our mailing lists we collect personal information you give us such as your name, IP address and email address, which we then pass to Aweber. We use this information to communicate with you in relation to latest news and updates from, free resources, tutorials, videos or special offers as indicated when you opted in to our mailing list.

Through Application Forms on
If you apply for to join a specific course of study we collect personal information you give us such as your name, country, email address and other information that you provide about yourself in relation to applying for the course of study. This information is stored securely on We use this information only for the purpose of processing your application.

Through ‘Contact Us’ forms on
If you ask us a question through our ‘Contact Us’ form we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any information you may supply about yourself in in relation to the question you are asking.This information is stored securely on We use this information on for the purposes of answering your question.

When you enroll in our courses which are hosted there collects and uses information in accordance with its own Udemy Privacy Statement. We use any information provided to us by solely for the purposes of managing your Udemy course experience and communicating with you through the Udemy platform.

If you are paying for our any of our service by invoice, then we will hold details of your name, physical address, email and payment details on our invoicing system hosted on We use this information only for managing and processing your payments to us.

Data we collect through Automated Means

When you use our website, and we use third party services (“web analysis tools”) to measure and collect session information related to your access and usage of resources stored on those sites. This information is used for the purposes of improving our website user experience for our site visitors and for general analytics so we can measure the performance of our websites.

We integrate a number of third party services for this:

  • Google Analytics – for aggregated non-identifying website statistics
  • MixPanel – for logging your access to resources on
  • Hotjar – for recording your interactions with and
  • Facebook Pixel – For statistical recording of actions you may make on our website such as a purchase.

When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in our courses, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

If we ask your for personally identifying personal information for a secondary reason such as marketing or sending you information which  we think may be of interest to you we will ask you directly for your consent by sending you an email which requires you to click on a link to confirm your consent.

If after you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) or if you opt-in and confirm your consent then you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by emailing us at

Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. You may at any time request to be manually unsubscribed from any of our services by emailing

We will keep your data on our systems until either we determine that you are no longer interested in our services, or until you request its deletion. At a minimum we will keep all data on our systems related to financial transactions for the minimum period required by Australian law.

Processing payments

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
