I never believed I could learn to draw. It wasn’t until I created the exercise from your course of a self portrait and that it actually looked like me that my confidence soared. I gained more confidence.
When I was a preteen, I tried to draw a cartoon character from a magazine. I got some of the curves correct but the proportions were all wrong. I was so discouraged that I never tried to draw any more.
You are the perfect mentor and tutor. You are always encouraging and make me want to please you. You gave me the tools and opened my eyes so I can draw better. Now I understand how to shade curves properly and am working on making 3D out of a flat image. I love making beautiful flowers and am so grateful that I found you!
