Woodland Floral Design by Cindy’s Student Colleen Cooke

I just absolutely had to share this pretty ‘Woodland Animals with Floral’ drawing created by one of my course members. In this image (that was designed, drawn and colored by Colleen Cooke) there are 2 little birds and a  secretive little deer (well hidden… look closely!) from my new course which was launched recently – Learn to Draw in 60 Seconds – Woodland Animals. If you’ve already bought it let me know how you went. I’d love to see your drawings.

When Colleen first emailed me this floral woodland design (as a black and white line art drawing that you can see below) I instantly loved it! In fact I liked it so much that I immediately asked her if I could color it during my live monthly show in my drawing club. So that’s exactly what we did!

In the live show I colored a part of the drawing while I demonstrated some quick, fun coloring techniques that Colleen has used here. Then she completed coloring-in the rest of her image using these exciting new skills. There is a replay available in the club. Visit Cindys Drawing Club to see that.

Colleen has kindly gifted you a copy of this drawing in black and white to color in for yourself.
